We expect respondent No.1 to issue notice of hearing to the petitioner and all contesting respondents in the said proceedings, on or before 15.05.2022 and after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the litigating parties, shall deliver an order on the appeal, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15.09.2022.
