This application is for bringing on record legal heirs of appellant No.2 - Raman s/o. Mahajan Malshete, who died on 15.04.2021. Present applicants have obtained heirship certificate from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Loha, Dist. Nanded, in Civil M.A. No. 103 of 2021. Said heirship is on record, showing that applicants shown in para No.4 of this application are the only legal heirs of the deceased. While filing this application, there is delay of 330 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The legal representatives be brought on record. Necessary

( 2 ) ca2889.25 amendment be carried out in the Appeal and Applications within two weeks from today.
