Mr Reddy, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr M.D. Narwadkar, the learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3 submit that the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8886 of 2018 with connected writ petitions, decided under the judgment and order dated 05.11.2018.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file an application with respondent No. 3 for grant of affiliation. The Board may conduct the inspection and may take decision

2 89-WP-6505-2020 on the application of the petitioner on its own merits, considering all relevant aspects of the matter including perspective plan within a period of four months.
