Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In order dated 18/05/2018, cancellation of membership of petitioners under the interim relief granted in Co-operative Court Case No. 77 of 2017 had been stayed and said interim relief is continuing uninterrupted and in view of the same, he points out that this Court had granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C). The elections were scheduled on 20/05/2018 and were subsequently postponed and were held on 22/07/2018. The

47-wp-4918-2018 petitioners have participated and voted in the same. 2.

In the view of the aforesaid, the purpose of the petition stands worked out. In the circumstances, the impugned order had been rendered inefficacious and as such is set aside.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
