The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the respondents rejecting permission to the petitioner to start new Arts, Commerce and Science College at Bharaj, Tal. Jafrabad, Dist. Jalna is on untenable grounds. The deficiencies did not exist in proposal forwarded by the petitioner. The University had recommended the proposal positively. Without application of mind the State Government has rejected the proposal of the petitioner.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the University submits that the village Bharaj, Tal.

(2) 39-wp-6691-2019 Jafrabad, Dist. Jalna does not find place in the perspective plan for the Academic Year 2020-2021. 3.

As the location for which the petitioner had applied does not find place in the perspective plan for the year 2020-2021, no purpose would be served by considering the matter on merits. For the present Academic Year the proposal now cannot be considered.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
