1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for respondent-State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of the Claim Petition before the Reference Court, the original claimant, namely, Sitaram Dagdu Aage was died but the applicants were not aware about the procedure to take their names on record as heirs and legal representatives of the deceased, hence, the claim petition decided by the Reference Court. The present appeal is filed by the applicants, who are the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased, hence, they be taken on record as heirs and legal representatives of the deceased.
