PER COURT :- 1.

Both applications have been filed for condonation of delay of 1517 and 1294 days, respectively, in filing the first appeals. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are poor agriculturists, and the delay caused in filing the appeals is unintentional and bona fide.

He further submits that the delay be condoned subject to the condition that the appellants will not claim interest or statutory benefits Page 1 of
