Leave to correct prayer clause (D) and synopsis. Correction be carried out within seven days.

Considering that the Petitioner has approached this Court after 11 years for raising a grievance about deduction of Rs.28,918/-, that we opined that we were not inclined to entertain this Petition. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would enter an affidavit declaring that he would not seek interest on the amount deducted, from the date of deduction until his claim is accepted by this Court. Let such affidavit be filed within 14 days from today.

On the condition of filing the affidavit, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24th July, 2024. The learned Advocate Mr. Patil waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents.

Let the affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, be filed at least one week prior to the returnable date in this matter. 5.

All office objections to be removed on or before 11th July, 2024, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed on 12th July, 2024 without reference to the Court.
