This is a second Bail Application post filing of the charge sheet. The earlier one has been withdrawn while this Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief. It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that, the charge has been framed on 7/12/2021. However, not a single witness has so far been examined. The muddemal in the case has still not been produced before the Court and, therefore, the Court is not proceeding with the matter.

This Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant on these grounds. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to urge for directions to the

trial Court to expedite the hearing of the case. 3.
Thus, the Bail Application stands disposed of with directions to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The investigating officer is directed to produce the muddemal before the trial Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If this order is not complied with by the investigating officer, his higher-ups would be moved for necessary action against him. ( R. G. AVACHAT ) JUDGE fmp/-
