ble Court may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.273 passed by Ld.Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 12.04.2023 , pursuant to which leave and holidays were granted to the contractual employees appointed on 11 months based on the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017. On condition that, instead of taking leave on public holiday, the said leave should be taken within two months of the said public holiday."
