The Petitioner has challenged an interlocutory order passed by the Division Bench of the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, dated 30.04.2024.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The impugned order indicates that the matter is posted on 08.07.2024. Issue raised is that the Petitioner was superannuated by the Commissioner of Health Services, at the age of 58, as a Group-B Medical Officer. The Tribunal has concluded that the

(( 2 )) 18-WP-6346-2024 Petitioner has already superannuated. If he succeeds in the pending Original Application, he would be entitled for all the monetary benefits.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays for interim relief in the nature of reinstatement in service and to be continued till he attains the age of 60 years. In the alternative, he prays that the Tribunal may decide the Pending Original Application, preferably within one month.

In view of the above and since we do not wish to interfere with an interlocutory order, unless it is noticed to be perverse and erroneous, that we do not find any reason to entertain this Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed off.
