Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order passed by the School Tribunal directing his reinstatement has been challenged by the management. In the meantime, when the matter is still pending with this court and the Rule has been issued, a person has been appointed in his place and though he has moved a representation to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 dated 6.7.2020, still no decision has been taken by the respondent No.2. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision, on its own merits.

Wtit petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation (Exhibit `I') dated 6.7.2020, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight weeks.
