This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 2 - Shivdas Yashwant Patil on record who is said to have died on 24.06.2020. The photostat copy of his death certificate issued by Gram Panchayat Galwadi, Taluka Amalner, District Jalgaon, is on record.

Learned counsel for the applicants indicated the names of the legal representatives which have been mentioned in the application as respondent Nos. 2-A to 2-D.

Advocate M.K. Deshpande, submits that he has instructions to appear for the proposed legal representatives of deceased Shivdas

( 2 ) 921CA5849.20 Yashwant Patil. He, therefore, waives the service of notice qua proposed legal representatives of the respondent Nos. 2-A to 2-D. 4.

Liberty to the learned counsel Mr. Deshpande to file Vakilpatra on behalf of the newly added respondents / LRs of deceased Shivdas Yashwant Patil in the Registry within two weeks. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicants shall amend the petition within a period of two weeks. After amending the petition, the amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondents within a period of one week, thereafter.
