The R.O.R. Revision Petition No.1/2022 has been decided by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. As such, the petitioners have a remedy of approaching the competent Forum under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the time spent by the petitioners in this Court may be considered as a ground for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as the petitioners have a statutory remedy to which they intend to take recourse to. The time spent in this Court from 27.04.2023 till the passing of this order, would be a ground for condonation of delay, if any.
