Learned APP states and submits that the Hon'ble Supreme has now directed the prisoners, who were on Covid emergency parole, to surrender and 15 days time was granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 03.06.2022 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No. 1/2020.

In view of this, the present writ petition cannot be entertained and the petitioners will have to surrender as per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Notification was issued by the State Government on 04.05.2022. In view of the order passed by the
