Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. 2.
Learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondents/State. This court finds that no notice is necessary to other respondents.

Considering the nature of the prayer this court finds that it can be conveniently disposed off at this stage. 3.
The petitioner has challenged the order passed by
(2) the Hon'ble Chief Minister & the Minister for Marketing, Maharashtra State, Mumbai dated 14-02-2023 granting stay to the order passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad dated 07-11-2022. Only concern of the petitioners is that by the impugned order the proceeding before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar is stayed who had rejected the complaint filed against the petitioner.

In view of above, this court finds that purpose would be served by requesting the Hon'
ble Minister to dispose off the proceeding bearing Appeal No. 4/2023 filed under Section 52-B of the Maharashtra Agriculture Produce Market Committee (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963. Hence, the order.
