Some typographical errors have crept in order dated 25.07.2025, passed in Writ Petition No.5459 of 2024. In paragraph no.2, line no.2, delete the words 'counter claim' and substitute the same with the words 'written statement'. In paragraph no.2, line no.3, after words prayer clause, insert the words 'in the counter claim'. In paragraph no.3, line no.3, delete figure 86 and replace the same with figure 232.
