Issue notice. Learned A.G.P. Mr. Namde waives service for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 5. Learned advocate Mr. N.V. Gaware waives service for respondent no.6.
3.
The petitioners have filed the writ petition seeking to quash the show cause notice dated 28.03.2018 issued by the Desk Officer in the Urban Development Department of the State of Maharashtra (Exhibit-A) and in the alternative directing the respondents not to implement, execute or bring into operation any order issued in
cast 14750.18.odt pursuance of that show cause notice. They also sought interim injunction restraining the respondents from taking any coercive action against them pursuant to the show cause notice. 4.
The present application has been moved to amend the petition, since, according to the petitioners, during the pendency of the petition, the Hon'ble Minister of State for Urban Development has passed an order disqualifying them for a period of five years, on 18.05.2018. They are now seeking to challenge the impugned order passed by the Hon'ble Minister and are seeking leave to carry out suitable amendment in the petition.
5.
Considering the fact that the amendment has become necessitated due to the subsequent events, the request is innocuous and the civil application deserves to be allowed. 6.
The civil application is allowed and the amendment is allowed to be carried out forthwith.
7.
The Civil Application is disposed of.
