PER COURT :- 1) Heard learned Counsel appearing for applicant. The deceased died as a result of strangulation and apart from the ligature mark and injury to the neck, there were about 20 injuries found on the person of the deceased. There is evidence available to infer that the accused was last seen in the company of the deceased immediately prior to the occurrence of the alleged incident. The circumstantial evidence placed on record by the prosecution, prima facie, completes the chain of the events and points finger towards the accused. The accused was not granted bail during the course of BDV
