On 16.09.2021, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was kept today. Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner.

As the tender process assailed in the present writ petition itself is cancelled and fresh tender notice is issued and as none appears for the petitioner since two dates, the writ petition stands disposed of for non prosecution. No costs.
