Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 invited our attention to the averments made in the affidavit-in-reply filed by Shri Bhagwan s/o Shridharrao Sonawane, who is working as the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. Relying on the averments made in the said affidavit-in-reply, he submits that respondent No. 2 has taken the decision on 22nd July, 2016 and granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak with effect from 14th

cp318-2016 August, 2012. It is further submitted that the concerned Headmaster, vide letter dated 25th July, 2016, is asked to submit the proposal/salary bills of the petitioner. He, on instructions of respondent No.2, who is present in the Court today, submits that already, the proposal is received and respondent No. 2 will ensure that the total outstanding due towards honorarium will be disbursed to the petitioner within two weeks from today. 3.

In the light of above, the contempt petition stands disposed of. The show-cause notice issued to respondent No. 2 under Chapter XXXIV, Rule 9, Form No. I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, vide order dated 5th July, 2016, stands revoked.
