O R D E R

Learned counsel for the respondents/original claimant Mr. Houshilal Krishna Deware are present and they tendered on record the terms of settlement. Those are taken on record and marked as Exhibit.X. They pray for disposal of both the appeals. We have ascertained the identification of the original-claimant with the assistance of learned counsel.

45.FA-877-2022 -2As agreed between the parties, the the Insurance company shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- within eight weeks before this Court towards full and final settlement. The same shall be disbursed to the claimants alongwith accrued interest. It shall be treated as an undertaking by the insurance company. Both the appeals stand disposed of in terms of the settlement at Exh.X. Award be drawn accordingly. Return of refund of court fees shall be processed in accordance with law.
