The petitioner claims that road is being sought to be constructed from his field. There are private parties also in the matter.

The question of ownership, extent of ownership everything would be involved in the present writ petition. It would not be possible to consider the same in the writ jurisdiction. The petitioner may avail the alternate remedy.

For a period of five (05) days from today, the parties shall maintain status quo as on today, so as to enable the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. In that regard all contentions are kept
2 wp 5102.16 open. Needless to state on lapse of five (05) days, the interim protection granted shall come to an end. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
