The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending since the year 2014 with the Education Officer, however, no decision has been taken upon it as yet.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal (Exhibit - C collectively) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the
