The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners would take this issue before the Civil Court by filing a suit against the demolition of a function hall meant for the community to which the Petitioners belong and the subsequent erection of an unauthorised commercial shopping complex. 3.

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off.
