By this petition, the petitioner has sought to direct the respondent No.2 to conduct anenquiry as per the application dated 16/4/2018 and to include the names of respondents No.3 and 4 in Crime No.39/2018, registered at Sonai Police Station. 2.

None present for the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. submits that, the investigating agency has conducted the necessary enquiry and that the investigation does not show the involvement of respondents No.3 and 4 in the said crime. He

states that the charge sheet has been filed as against other 4 persons and that the case is pending trial. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence the petition is dismissed.
