Since the legal heirs of the appellant in First Appeal No. 643 of 2002 are already permitted to be brought on record, sequel thereof to permit the legal heirs of the appellant to withdraw the amount in compliance with the judgment delivered by this Court in the above referred appeal on 13th August, 2015. 2.

As such present civil application stands allowed. It is directed that the legal heirs of the appellant in First Appeal No. 643 of 2022 Shivhari Siddappa Chille Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others are permitted to withdraw the amount
