It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicant has complied with the conditional order passed by this Court dated 26.07.2021 and deposited the entire amount of

917-ca-6648-21 compensation with interest in this Court. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
