The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be entertained. This Court cannot give such directions. The petitioners are seeking ownership on the basis of encroachment. The petitioners claim to be the encraochers. The encroachment is not regularized. 2.

In light of that, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. The petitioners, if so advised, may file appropriate application to the authorities with regard to their encroachment. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
