Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By way of this application, the applicants are claiming setting aside order dated 16.02.2022 by condoning the delay of 783 days. Under the aforesaid order, the registration of their Second Appeal as well as Civil Application, has been refused for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and (B), subject to cost of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court
