Heard Ms. Chaitali Kutti Chaudhari, learned counsel for the applicant / acquiring body and Mr. Sangle, learned AGP for respondent nos. 2 and 3. Respondent no.1 though duly served, remained absent. Respondent no.4 seems to be formal party. 3.

On going through the record, it is noticed that there seems to be delay of 238 days in preferring the first appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in para 3 and by looking to grounds raised in the appeal, and in the interest of justice, it is necessary to condone the delay.

O R D E R

(i) The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
