The petition was dismissed in default for non-removal of the office objections. Since there was delay of 113 days even in seeking restoration, the application with prayer to condone the delay and for restoration was moved.

By the order dated 10-03-2023, we had condoned the delay and the application was allowed subject to the condition that at least thereafter, the petitioner would remove the office objections on or before 31-03-2023. Again he failed to remove the office objections and even to seek restoration within the statutory time limit and by way of

2 CA / 9226 / 2023 this application, he is seeking restoration of the writ petition with a prayer to condone the delay of 269 days.

The application is devoid of merits and is clear abuse of the process of law. It is rejected.
