The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under:- "B) To issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or directions in the like nature the Respondents to decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 15.1.2023 (Exh-A) for sanction of Datta Mahila Mahavidyalay from Academic Year 2023-2024 to run degree courses namely B.A., B.Com and B.Sc, at Naigaon(kh), Tq: Naigaon (Kh), Dist: Nanded and grant permission accordingly within a period of 2 weeks;"
