Mr. Syed, the learned counsel submits that the petitioners have applied for grant of permission to start Vth and VIth standards on the basis of natural growth for earlier years. However same has been granted for subsequent years.

The petitioners have submitted application/representation to issue corrigendum for making necessary correction. However, no cognizance is taken of the same. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for Respondents No. 1 to 4.

In case applications filed by petitioners for issuance of corrigendum to the Government Resolution dated 10/03/2016 is pending with Respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months from today. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
