Mr. Dharashive, the learned Advocate informs that he has received instructions to appear for the legal representatives of respondent No.1. In view of the same, the application stands allowed.

This application is for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No. 1 on record, who died on 14.05.2021 i.e. during the Covid-19 period. The petitioners/applicants got the knowledge only on receipt of intimation from the learned Advocate for the Respondents. The Petitioners/applicants thus, prays for condonation of delay by allowing the application to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record.
