We have heard Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Dube, learned counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3.

Smt. Dube, learned counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3 submits that in fact the petitioner has remedy to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee.

The petitioner may approach the Grievance

2 wp 7167.19 Redressal Committee with regard to his cause. We expect, the Grievance Redressal Committee would decide the grievance of the petitioner. The Grievance Redressal Committee shall also consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. All contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
