Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition can be disposed of by giving suitable directions to the Additional District Collector to dispose of the proceedings pending before him. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 submits that delay condonation application for restoration of the proceedings is pending. After decision on the application for condonation of delay, the other proceedings will have to be taken up. This cannot be done within a specifed period. He, therefore, submits that instead of making it time bound, the only direction that can be given is that the Additional District Collector shall dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.

Having regard to the submissions made, the learned Additional District Collector, Aurangabad is directed to decide the delay condonation application and other proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ. Writ Petition is disposed of.
