Petitioner No.1 Mankabai w/o Haribhau Suryawanshi expired on 29th November 2002, which is evident from the photo state copy of the extract of register from the Grampanchayat Renapur Dist. Latur. Since the legal representatives of deceased Mankabai are already on record,l it is prayed that they may be treated as legal representatives of deceased Mankabai.

For the reasons stated in the application , the delay is condoned and the applicant Nos.2 to 4 shall also be treated as legal representatives of deceased Mankabai. Necessary amendment, if any, shall be carried out within 14 days.
