This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to take decision on the appeal prefereed by the petitioner challenging the order of disqualification, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, interim order passed by this Court on 23.05.2018 shall continue to operate.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
