Heard learned Advocate appearing for the appellant/applicant. There is delay of 329 days in filing the criminal appeal. The applicant has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Special (POCSO) Case No.230/2021 on 16.02.2022 . It appears that the applicant is in jail since 04.12.2021, almost from the date of his arrest. Under the said circumstance, the delay caused deserves to be condoned, for the reasons mentioned in the application.
