Heard. This application is filed for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 3 namely Shrimant Gana Sagar who died on 14.08.2020 during the Covid-19 period.

The applicants were approached after they got the knowledge of death of respondent No. 3. He prays that the delay of 333 days is not intentional and prays for allowing the application for condonation of delay.
