PER COURT :- 1.

By order dated 26.4.2016 a bailable warrant was issued to secure the presence of respondent No.1. After the order was passed, the applicants point out through this civil application, that no notice was issued to respondent No.1 in the Contempt Petition.

In the light of the above, as notice was not issued to respondent No.1 in the Contempt Petition, the order dated 26.4.2016 is recalled to the extent of paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order.

The said two paragraphs shall, therefore, stand deleted and paragraph No.1 in the order dated 26.4.2016 is maintained. 4.

Order be corrected accordingly and corrected copy be issued. 5.
