We have heard Mr. Hon, the senior advocate for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, the appeal filed before the Committee would be heard on 10th May, 2016. The orders with regard to granting stay or not shall be passed immediately by the Committee upon hearing the parties on 10th May, 2016. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
