The learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present appeal along with application for condonation of delay. The learned counsel submits that the appellant is a poor agriculturist and his land is compulsorily acquired and he further makes a submission that the appellant would not claim any interest for the delayed period. In view of the submissions made, delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the appellant would not be entitled for interest or statutory benefit for the delayed period. The civil application for condonation of delay is disposed of.

The first appeal is admitted. On admission, Mr. K. N. Lokhande, learned AGP waives notice for the sole respondent. Call R & P. Office objections, if any, to be removed within four (04) weeks from today.
