Heard Mr Ajeet Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner will not press the petition. In view of the same, petition stands disposed of. 3.

We direct the respondent No.4/authority to treat the petition of the petitioner as a representation and decide the claim of the petitioner as regards his entitlement for the compensation, as he has claimed that his land to the extent of 0.03 hectare out of Gut No. 15 was acquired and joint measurement was carried out will demonstrate such claim. We expect the respondent No.4 to decide the claim of the petitioner, in any case within a period of ten weeks from the date of his appearance. The petitioner assures that he shall appear before the respondent No. 4 on 20th March, 2023.
