The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case for promotion to class-III posts is not considered. The petitioner has also given application (Exh.D) for the said purpose to the respondent, however the same is not considered. Mr. Jadhavar accepts the notice for respondents.

In case the applications filed by petitioner on 31.12.2018 and 01.02.2019 (Exh.D) are pending with the respondent, respondent shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
