The proposal of the petitioner for start of B.Sc. Degree Course for Food Processing and Preservation, so also, the Network Technology at Ahamadpur, is rejected.

No fruitful purpose would be served by considering the proposal for the year 2019-2020. The proposal of the petitioner can

2 W.P. No. 7536/2019 only be considered for the academic year 2020-2021 and , that too, if the location, where the petitioner wants to start the Course, is available as per the perspective plan.

Considering the pendency of the writ petition from April 2019, we direct that if the petitioner files the proposal by tomorrow with the University, the University shall process the said proposal and forward it to the Government, within the time stipulated, as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. 4.

We make it clear that the proposal of the petitioner may be considered by the respondents only if the location, where the petitioner applies, is available as per the perspective plan.
