Notice to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for all respondents. 3.

The limited grievance made by the petitioner is that he is not being allowed to use J.C.B. Machine to excavate the sand from his own agricultural land. The criteria applied while passing the impugned order is that of excavating the sand from the Government land. 4.

The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted in that behalf and against the order impugned in this petition. In case such an application is filed before the Committee, it shall consider the

wp6053-2017 same on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application. The petitioner may represent himself before the Committee.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
