Despite service of notice, the LR's of respondent No.7 Gulab Vishwanath Wagh, have not appeared in this matter. 2.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause A and AA. Since the delay of 348 days is condoned, same shall be on the condition that the applicant/ original petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and this civil application shall stand rejected. 3.
