Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner purports to take exception to order dated 07-05-2018 on exhibit - 6 in regular darkhast no. 15 of 2017 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nilanga, whereunder police aid has been granted by the court to respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 - caveator contends that the order has been executed and not only police aid had been granted but also expenses therefor have been duly paid.
